Engineering 101

It can never be too early for your child to learn Engineering (yes Engineering!). Based on Singapore MOE Science syllabus of Primary 3 onwards, this class will be able to introduces Primary 1 to Primary 2 students the different science principles through a fun and easy-to-understand engineering point of view.

Coupled with our interesting science experiments and projects, students will have deeper understanding of various science concepts, to ignite their passion for the science.

All About Magnets!

This term in All About Magnets, we will introduce your child to the innovative magnetic levitation trains or “MagLev” that move by using magnets instead of wheels. This class will also expose your child to technological innovations behind magnets, where they will learn to send magnets for sailing, help magnets hover and poke around magnetic fields!

By the end of the class , your child will be able to design, test and improve their own tabletop magnetic levitation train system!

Designing Submarines

Witty Mitty presents, the intriguing world of materials we are surrounded by. Did you know: spider web is 10 times as strong as steel!
In this class, students will explore different materials and its physical properties. They will act as Scientists and Engineers who study the sounding poles and sonar, and eventually map out a section of the ocean floor. Thereafter, they will apply their knowledge of density, floating, sinking, strength to design their own submersible to explore the ocean floor!
